    这款韩式蜜糖炸鸡适合小朋友口味,经过口味调整,加入适量干果、不过咸和完全不油腻的香酥外皮,它更适合一般家庭享用,到底有多好吃,试一次就知道了!

    Step 1

    将鸡翅去掉翅尖,砍为两节,洗净、抹干水份备用。Cut off tips of chicken wings, chop into 2 portion and pat dry.

    Step 2

    将所有的材料B混合均匀成面糊,放入鸡翅匀裹上面糊备用。Mixes all ingredients B into batter, use it to coat chicken wings.

    Step 3

    起锅热油,把鸡翅炸至金黄后捞起,然后再重复炸一次,盛出滴干油。Heat oil in wok, deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown, dish out; return to wok and fry again, dish out and drain.

    Step 4

    另取一干净锅子,下牛油和蒜茸小火炒至金黄、冒泡后加入酱油和黄糖,炒匀。In another clean wok, saute garlic with butter until golden brown and bubbling, add in soy sauce and brown sugar, stir to mix.

    Step 5

    下蜜糖、蔓越莓、南瓜籽和炸鸡翅,拌匀后立刻熄火,即可上桌。Toss in honey, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and fried chicken wings, mixes well, dish out and serve immediately.
